Carol Ann (Archer) Wilson

Carol Ann Wilson, 86, passed away on June 22, 2025.

Carol was born in Akron on May 5, 1939 to the late William & Ada Archer and was a 1957 graduate of Garfield High School. Carol was musically inclined. She loved to play the piano and sing. In her later years, she enjoyed arts & crafts, especially paining and drawing.

In addition to her parents, carol was preceded in death by her brothers Wally and Bill & sisters Evelyn and Penny. She is survived by her beloved husband of 62 years, George; her children Wes (Teresa) & Mark (Julie); grandchildren Jeff, Zachary, Mike, Alyssa, & Kendall.

A funeral service will take place on Tuesday, July 1, 11:00 am, with the family receiving friends for one hour prior at the Anthony Funeral Home - Akron Chapel, 1990 S. Main St. in Akron. Interment will follow at Hillside Memorial Park.
