Beth A. Hirschfelt, 57, passed away on March 18 after a brief illness. Born in Martins Ferry, Beth has been an area resident for most of her life. She was graduate of Garfield High School. Recognized by family and neighbors as having a "green thumb" her flowers and house are always the nicest on the block.

A loving wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, aunt, and friend she will be sadly missed by her husband and best friend, Paul; daughter, Tiffany (Michael) Marano; son, Shane (Tina); parents, William and Ethel DiPaolo; sister, Tina (Dave) Bennett; brother, Bill DiPaolo; grandchildren, Evan, Kayla, Colin, Sophia, Gabriella and Andrew; several nieces, nephews and grand nieces and nephews.

Calling hours will be on Wednesday from 4 to 7 p.m. at the Dunn-Quigley Funeral Home (811 Grant St.) where funeral services will take place at 7:00 p.m.
