Barbara Lytz

Barbara Elizabeth Lytz passed away December 20, 2025. Born in Providence, RI, December 15, 1932. Resided in Ohio over 60 years. Retired from Woodridge School District after 25 years, where many wonderful students crossed her path. She was a member of Immaculate Heart of Mary Church, where she sang in the choir for many years. She loved her family and faith and loved having a glass of wine with family and friends at Sarah's Vineyard.

Preceded in death by husband Bert; granddaughter Sarah Bertsch; and daughter-in-law Margaret. Survived by sons Michael (Laura Jean), Greg (Debbie), and Ken (Elise); grandchildren Elisa (Jon), Julie (Patrick), Tracie (Chad), Jim (Christina), Alan (Lexi), and Gina (Julian); and many great-grandchildren.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday, December 30, 2025 at 11:00AM at Immaculate Heart of Mary Parish, 1905 Portage Trail, Cuyahoga Falls 44223, where the family will receive friends beginning at 10:00AM. Interment at Northlawn Memorial Gardens. Memorial contributions made be made to the Fr. McIntyre Fund through Immaculate Heart of Parish.
