Anna Tumpek, 92, of Cuyahoga Falls, passed away on December 8, 2019. Born in Lokut, Hungary, the daughter of Joseph and Maria Renner, she came to New York in 1950. She moved to Ohio in 1977. Anna was a long time member of Holy Family Parish in Stow.

A loving wife and mother of five daughters, she was also an accomplished seamstress.

In 1999 she was preceded in death by her husband, Anton, and later by her son-in-law, Tim Hayes. Her survivors include daughters and sons-in-law, Anna and Rudy Rickert, Carolina Hayes, Lynn Kaufman, and Lori and Rick DePaul, Antonette and Leo Doty; sister, Maria Santa; 14 grandchildren; and 7 great-grandchildren.

Calling hours will be on Sunday, Dec. 15 from 2 to 6 p.m. at the Dunn-Quigley Stow Chapel (3333 Kent Rd. at Rt. 91). Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, Dec. 16 at 10:00 a.m. at Holy Family Catholic Church, followed by interment at Oakwood Cemetery.
